Applicable Materials

Used in various plastics that are difficult to sort by density flotation.

It can separate mixed plastics, such as：
① PET PVC
② PP PE

Purity:98%--99% (The type of feed should be controlled within 2-3 types at a time. If there are too many types, the purity and productivity will be affected.)

Product Principle and Advantage

Principle: The difference in conductivity makes plastic and plastic selectively charged, while triboelectric effect makes completely different plastic mixtures electrostatically separated.

Advantages:
1. Applied to the mixed plastics that can not be separated by the density of the flotation process.
2. Sorting ABS / PS / Submersible PP / Flame Retardant ABS / Flame Retardant PS, PET, PVC, PA, PE, PA, etc.
3. The single sorting accuracy (purity) of broken particles can reach more than 95%, and the second and third sorting can be close to 98%
4. The particle size of the material has strong selectivity to voltage, and the voltage number is different when the particle size of the unused material is separated, so the material needs to be crushed before entering the main machine for separation, so that the separation effect reaches an ideal state.
5. The core components are imported brands, which can effectively improve the added value of products.
6. The control part PLC and the 11-inch touch screen are humanized in operation and various functions are clear at a glance.
7. The size of the crushed material is required to be loose, and crushed pieces less than 20mm can pass through the machine easily.
8. The sorting speed is fast, reaching 1-3 tons/hour (the powder in the crushed material cannot be too much).
9. If there are more powder and films in the pulverized material, only additional screening and film removal devices are needed.
10. The complete set of equipment is of combined structure with a total power of 150KW/H and covers an area of about 50 square meters.
